How To Keep From Falling Into Overwhelm

One of the questions I get asked the most from people all over the world is, “Lisa, how do I keep from feeling overwhelmed?” It’s most definitely a global, universal challenge!

Did you know that overwhelm is actually a strategy? Say what???? 

I’m serious. I know this because it’s a strategy I used to use ALL THE TIME. I wanted to keep myself SO BUSY, so that I could tell people HOW BUSY I WAS! Sounds crazy, right? But how many of you are having #BOLs right about now? #yana 

And I don’t know about you but I’m ready for more PEACE OF MIND in my life.
