Why You Must Release Your Ego and Ask For Support

How strong is your “ask for help” muscle? How often do you flex it?

Now, you might be wondering WHERE this special muscle is located and HOW exactly you build it up. This muscle is in your MIND, and the BEST exercise to strengthen it is to practice kicking your ego and fear to the curb!

That’s right, asking for help means RAISING YOUR HAND and NOT being afraid that people might view you as weak. It means NOT being scared people might disappoint you.

In this week’s episode of the Lisa Nichols Show, I explain how ASKING FOR SUPPORT is actually one of the most powerful things you can do along your transformational journey. I also share some tips for “hooking your caboose” to others who are a few steps ahead of you.

I invite you to watch this episode and share your biggest #BOL or #AHA or nugget you picked up in the comments. My whole personal transformation process took years and was made up of small nuggets I picked up along the way. Not the whole buffet at once—just bite-sized appetizers.

And TRUST ME, if you consume enough of those nuggets, juicy, delicious things happen.

Comment below and let me know how you flex your “ask for help” muscle.
